In this 4-hour session, attendees will have an opportunity to actively workshop their first pages with Literary Agent, Saritza Hernandez of the Corvisiero Literary Agency. All attendees will have an opportunity to strengthen their manuscripts for publication through this intensive workshop with one-on-one feedback.

The session will go over:

  • How to have a strong and engaging first line.
  • Making your hook front and center.
  • Avoiding passive voice.
  • Pitfalls to avoid.

This is a roundtable event, so all attendees are encouraged to submit their first five pages ready to workshop. This event has sold out in the past, so be sure to register early! We also encourage participants to submit pages as early as possible to ensure the instructor has enough time for feedback.

The investment for the workshop is $85 (feedback included). There is also an "observer" option for those who would simply like to attend (no feedback included): $50.

***WA Patrons have the option of saving $15 by bundling this workshop with Saritza's query + synopsis workshop($120 for both). Check Patreon or email racquel@racquelhenry.com for more info.***
